Additionally, we do not gather sensitive personal information like race, religion, political affiliations, or health records. When we accept payments for our Services on our Platform, we do it through third party payment websites. We expect each of our Customers to do due and proper KYC for utilising payment related services and to only make authentic payments on our Platform.

Customers’ data is stored on private secure cloud servers protected with firewalls and necessary encryptions.

Where is the Customer data stored?

We store Customer data and information collected through our services on secure cloud servers with robust security measures and data protection protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of stored data, protected with firewalls and necessary encryptions.

By using our services, the Customer consent to the storage of their data on AWS servers located in various regions globally. We maintain control and ownership of the data stored on AWS servers and adhere to strict data handling procedures in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. In the event of any transfer or sharing of data with AWS, we will ensure that appropriate data protection agreements are in place to safeguard customer privacy and confidentiality.

Customers acknowledge that while we strive to ensure the security of data stored on AWS servers, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration of customer data. We reserve the right to update or modify the data storage arrangements, including the selection of cloud service providers, provided that such changes do not compromise the security or privacy of Customer data.

Consent to this Policy:

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use of the Website and the other Services, and you unconditionally agree that becoming a User of the Website and its Services signifies your (i) assent to this Privacy Policy, and (ii) consent to bunpun using, collecting, processing and/or disclosing your Personal Information in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your visit to the Website and use of the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

For inquiries or requests regarding data access, deletion, or correction, Customers can contact the Company’s designated data controller.

Assignment, Change of Control, and Transfer

All of our rights and obligations under this Policy, the terms and Conditions and/or the Content Policy are freely assignable by us to any of our affiliates or any others, in connection with a merger, acquisition , restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, any others successors entities, or new management, etc.

Log Data

We record information relating to your use of bunpun , such as the content you create, the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, location, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer bunpun and provide the highest possible level of security and service to you.

In addition, we may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyse this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Astart LLC FZ, doing business as bunpun is the owner and operator of the Platform. By Using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the applicable terms and conditions including this disclaimer policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Platform. For any concerns or queries, contact our support team on support@bunpun.com. All terms being used herein have the same meaning as they do in the Terms & Conditions.

In order for an individual to be an Actor on the Platform, they have to create a profile with their details and information that shall be done with accurate and true information. Providing such information shall be the whole and sole responsibility of the Actor and any discrepancy found therein shall lead to immediate termination from the Platform or levying of penalty on the Actor by bunpun.

Accuracy of Information:
All the information on this Platform is published in good faith and for general information purposes only. bunpun does not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability and accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information you find on this Platform, is strictly at your own risk. The Platform will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of our Platform.

Disclosure of your information:
As a general rule, we do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any information collected whether automatically or through your voluntary action.
We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Actors understand and accept that Actors are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of the Platform. Engaging as an actor on the Platform does not establish an employment relationship with bunpun. Actors are not entitled to employment benefits, and the Platform is not responsible for any work related issues.

Content Limitations and Exclusions.
The views and opinions expressed in the streaming content are those of the Actors and do not reflect the views of the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the content without prior notice.
Actors acknowledge that content availability may vary over time. The Platform is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions or downtime, Actors understand that these issues may occur and agree not to hold the Platform responsible for any resulting inconvenience.
Actors acknowledge and agree that the Platform strictly prohibits the portrayal or promotion of any content involving explicit activities, including but not limited to drinking, smoking, sexual/nude content, and depictions of violence or killing.
The Actor agrees that the Actor will not upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content — including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information — that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies or victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability or infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party or constitutes unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as “spamming”), chain letters, any other form of unauthorised solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling or contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorised access to any data or other information of any third party or impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives

Payment Obligation:
The Actor shall ensure that they accept requests made by the User only after confirming that the User has made payment duly to the Platform and that the Actor is agreeable to the amount that the User has paid to the Platform and Actor, before accepting any requests. In the event that the Actor does not approve the request quality or content or the amount that the User is paying for the request, the Actor must not accept such request.

Risk assessment:
It is the responsibility of the Actor to refuse to create content/videos, accept requests which are inappropriate, unlawful, illegal, or violative of any of bunpun’s conditions, any laws, guidelines, rules laid down in applicable jurisdictions.

Risk Acknowledgment:
Actors acknowledge and assume any risks associated with performing tasks. They are responsible for their own safety, equipment and compliance with local laws during task execution.

Verification:
While the Platform may seek relevant information and details about each individual, it does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of User profiles. Actors are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when engaging with Users.

Live Video Content:
Actors understand that they may provide live video content while completing tasks. The Platform is not responsible for the nature, quality, or appropriateness of the live content and disclaims any liability arising from such content. The Platform may use such content for promotional or informational purposes.

Task Agreement:
Actors understand and agree that by accepting a task, they are solely responsible for fulfilling the task as per the User’s requirements. The Platform is not responsible for the completion or quality of the tasks undertaken by actors.

Task Discretion:
Actors have the discretion to accept or decline tasks based on their preferences, skills and availability. The Platform does not impose obligations on Actors to accept any specific task.

Communication:
Actors understand that the platform is not responsible for any communication between them and the Users. All communication is at the Actors’ own risk, and the platform is not liable for any dispute, misunderstanding or issues that may arise.

Access and Compliance:
Actors may access content and services through provided means, ensuring compliance with Intellectual property rights and refraining from causing harm to the Platform, its information, or the services offered. The Actor acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in the Content created by the Actor shall belong to the Actor as well as the Platform.

Intellectual Property:
The Actor shall ensure that no part of the work done or service rendered on the Platform shall be violative of any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights or otherwise legal rights of any other party, in part, completely or otherwise, in any manner whatsoever.

Adherence to Terms and Conditions:
Actors expressly confirm their agreement to adhere to all terms and conditions, committing to refrain from creating, requesting or participating in any prohibited content, including abusive, sexual, harassing or illegal material.

Liability and Indemnification:
Actors understand and accept that the Platform is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage resulting from their participation in tasks, and they undertake tasks at their own risk.
Actors agree to indemnify and hold bunpun harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform or violation of the disclaimer policy.

Safety and Legality :
Actors agree to comply with all applicable laws and safety standards while undertaking tasks. The Platform does not endorse or encourage any illegal, unsafe or harmful activities. The platform is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the Actor’s actions.

Consent:
By using our Platform, you hereby consent to our disclaimer and agree to its terms.

The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and Actors are encouraged to review them periodically.

You take full responsibility of ensuring that the tasks or requests you make on the Platform are valid, legal, legitimate, sensitive, sensible, non-controversial, non-infringing, non-violative of any existing or applicable laws, rules, guidelines, regulations, etc.

Independent Contractors:
Users understand and accept that users are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of the Platform. Engaging as a User on the platform does not establish an employment relationship with bunpun . Users are not entitled to employment benefits, and the Platform is not responsible for any work-related issues.

Content Limitations and Exclusions:
The views and opinions expressed in the streaming content are those of the Users/Actors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Platform. The User is the one that decides the request and allocates the request to the Actor. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the content without prior notice.
Users acknowledge that content availability may vary over time. The Platform is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions or downtime, Users understand that these issues may occur and agree not to hold the Platform responsible for any resulting inconvenience.
Users acknowledge and agree that the Platform strictly prohibits the portrayal or promotion of any content involving explicit activities, including but not limited to drinking, smoking, sexual/nude content, and depictions of violence or killing. The Platform does not endorse or support any form of harmful or inappropriate behavior in its content.
The User agrees that the User will not request for content or make the Actor upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content — including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information — that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies or victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability or infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party or constitutes unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as “spamming”), chain letters, any other form of unauthorised solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling or contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party or impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.
Users explicitly agree to refrain from requesting the Actor to create, upload or share content that violates these guidelines. The Platform reserves the right to remove, block, or suspend access to any content that breaches these restrictions, and Users understand and accept that such actions may be taken to maintain a safe and respectful streaming environment. By accessing and using this Platform, Users affirm their commitment to adhere to these content limitations, and acknowledge that any violation may result in appropriate actions, including the termination of their account.

Payment Obligation:
The User shall ensure that they have a minimum balance of USD 25 in their embedded wallet. The User can make requests only after making the due payment to the Platform for the request from the balance in the wallet.

Risk Acknowledgment:
Users acknowledge and assume any risks associated with assigned tasks. They are responsible for their own safety, equipment, and compliance with local laws during task execution.

Verification:
While the Platform may perform background checks, it does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Actor’s profiles. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when engaging with Actors.

Live Video Content:
Users understand that Actors may provide live video content while completing tasks. The Platform is not responsible for the nature, quality, or appropriateness of the live content and disclaims any liability arising from such content. The Platform may use such content for promotional or informational purposes.

Access and Compliance:
Users may access content and services through provided means, ensuring compliance with Intellectual property rights and refraining from causing harm to the Platform, its information, or the services offered.

Adherence to Terms and Conditions:
Users expressly confirm their agreement to adhere to all terms and conditions, committing to refrain from creating, requesting, or participating in any prohibited content, including abusive, sexual, harassing or illegal material.

Task Accuracy:
Users agree that they are responsible for providing accurate and clear details about the tasks posted. Users are solely responsible for the tasks they post on the platform. The Platform shall not be held responsible for any actions done by Users.

Selection of Actors:
Users are solely responsible for selecting an Actor to fulfill their task. The Platform does not endorse or guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or conduct of any Actor.
Users acknowledge that the Platform only acts as an intermediary, and any engagement with Actors is at their own discretion. The Platform is not responsible for the actions, behavior or quality of service provided by Actors. Users are advised to take necessary safety precautions when engaging with Actors. This Platform is not liable for any personal injury, damage or loss resulting from task engagement

Live Video Content:
Users acknowledge that Actors may provide live video content while completing tasks. The Platform is not responsible for the nature, quality, or appropriateness of the live video content and disclaims any liability arising from such content.

Task Fulfillment:
Users are independent individuals. bunpun is not an employer or User or Actor. bunpun does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of services provided by Actors. Here the Platform does not guarantee the successful completion of any task. Actors acts as independent contractors, and the outcome of task fulfillment is at their discretion. Users are encouraged to communicate and negotiate terms before accepting services.

Communication:
Users understand that the platform is not responsible for any communications between them and the Actors. All communication is at the User’s own risk. The Platform is not liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, or issues that may arise.

Liability and Indemnification:
